Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to deliver your wallpapers and help you if something goes wrong. No tracking cookies, no ads, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

When you buy: your email address, your order ID, what you bought and the amount paid, and how many times your files have been downloaded.

To stop abuse of the download and resend forms, we also keep request counters linked to your IP address and email address.

When you email us: your message and your email address.

We never see or store your card number. Payment details go straight to Whop.

How we use it

To send your download link, deliver your files, answer support questions, handle refunds and stop download links from being misused.

We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.

Who helps us

Payments are processed by Whop, which also sends your payment receipt. Whop handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts this site and stores our order records (Cloudflare D1) and the wallpaper files (Cloudflare R2). Like any web host, it handles basic technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site.

Cloudflare also keeps short-term request logs for security and debugging.

An email delivery service sends your download link from orders@getwallpacks.com.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The Whop checkout may set cookies it needs for payment and fraud prevention.

To help you find your downloads again, this site keeps the links to your orders, with their Whop payment references, in your own browser (local storage on your device). If the checkout page closes before your download page opens, the payment reference is also kept there for up to 48 hours, so your download page can still open later. You can remove your orders on the Help page, or remove everything by clearing your browser data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for about 2 years, for support, refunds and our own accounts, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

If we delete your order record, your download link stops working.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email hello@getwallpacks.com from the address you bought with, so we can confirm it's you.

If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
