Refund Policy

The short version

If something is wrong with your order, we'll fix it or give you your money back. Buyers in the EU and UK can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Buyers in the EU and UK

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, whether or not you have downloaded the files. Email hello@getwallpacks.com within those 14 days. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds for everyone

You can get a refund within 14 days of buying if nothing has been downloaded yet.

We also refund at any time while your download page is open (12 months) if a file is broken, won't open, or is missing from what the pack page describes.

We refund a download that never worked if we can't fix it, and any double charge or accidental double purchase.

Apart from the cases on this page, we don't refund a change of mind once files have been downloaded.

How to ask

Email hello@getwallpacks.com with your order number (it's on your Whop receipt) and a short note on what went wrong. A screenshot helps.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually sort things out faster.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

When an order is refunded, its download link stops working.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
