Who we are

Wallpacks, operated by Muneeb Rafi, Lahore, Pakistan, sells digital wallpapers at getwallpacks.com. You can reach us at hello@getwallpacks.com.

These terms apply when you buy or download from us. If anything here is unclear, email us before you buy.

What you're buying

Digital files only: wallpaper images (JPG and PNG) and, in the Live bonus, MP4 video loops. Nothing is shipped.

Each pack page lists how many files the pack has and their sizes, which vary from file to file. Colours and detail can look slightly different from screen to screen, and your device may crop the edges of an image to fit.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in US dollars. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.

Payments are processed by Whop. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout before you pay, and Whop emails your receipt. Whop's own terms also apply to the payment.

Delivery and downloads

Your download page opens straight after payment, and we email the link from orders@getwallpacks.com to the address you used at checkout. Replies to that email reach us at hello@getwallpacks.com. Whop emails your payment receipt separately.

The page stays available for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that the link stops working, so please save your files somewhere safe.

Your link is for you. To stop shared links, downloads have generous daily limits per order: each zip 10 times and each single file 20 times a day, on up to 12 devices. The limits reset at midnight UTC. If a link is shared publicly, we may switch it off and send you a new one.

Your licence

You get a personal licence to use the wallpapers on your own devices. The full rules are in our Licence. Buying a pack does not transfer copyright in the artwork.

Refunds

If you're in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Email hello@getwallpacks.com.

Wherever you live, you can get a refund within 14 days if nothing was downloaded, or at any time while your download page is open (12 months) for a broken or missing file, a download that never worked, or a double purchase. The Refund Policy has the details.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Our responsibility

We take care to deliver working files as described. If something goes wrong with your order, we'll fix it or refund it.

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you bought applies to that purchase.
